VIDEO PEVOM : Grade 8 ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT 8min25 (May 2015)
Schools in our program are actively encouraging students to develop an entrepreneurial spirit.

This is a project-based initiative, where students come up with an idea for a PRODUCT, SERVICE or EVENT that fulfils a need at school or in the community. By taking on various roles in INITIATING, CREATING and MANAGING their project, students discover and develop entrepreneurial qualities and essential skills related to their personal and career development.

Teachers take a backseat and act as GUIDES for the students in these projects, in which they integrate learning outcomes in various subjects from the K-12 curriculum of the New Brunswick Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.

We invite you to VIEW this VIDEO (subtitled in ENGLISH) featuring an entrepreneurial project from the Samuel-de-Champlain School in Saint John. For more information about the Entrepreneurial Culture in New Brunswick's French schools, visit our web page.
